(MultiKraft Hype) - POPE

Born Michael Egube in Benin City, Pope spent his early years at oil-rich Warri before moving to Lagos. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of influences including Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, The Fugees, Jay-Z and Fela; he started music at an early age, learning to play the keyboard in primary school. He later added the drums and bass guitar to his repertoire, as well as what would ultimately become his foremost skill: rap. By 2006, Pope had become a respected name on the underground hip-hop scene in Nigeria, where he cut his teeth on numerous underground mixtapes while honing his signature melody-driven rap sound, eventually getting the attention of Cackland Music, his current label home. With new singles just released and his debut album slated for release later in the year, Pope is poised to take the entertainment industry in Africa by storm

(MultiKraft Hype) - FECKO

Fecko Tha Emcee, born Ifeanyi Chukwuebuka Ibegbunam in June 17, 1989, is one of Africa's next rated MCs. This Lagos-bred rapper have been in the HipHop industry since 2005, about the same time he released his first Demo Tape. In 2006, Fecko relocated to Enugu state temporarily owing to some academic commitments. And during his stay in Coal City, he recorded a 9-tracker album produced by Dekumzy, though it was never released due to misunderstandings he had with his record label at the time. However, over the years, Tha Emcee have exuded doggedness after recording a first album that was shelved in 2006 and contributing to a number of mixtapes as well as participating in rap competitions such as Emcee Africa, Starcomms/Collosal Live Revolution Concert & Zain/Nigezie Trusearch. Fecko has now dropped his First Impression MixTape with guest spots by Terry Tha Rapman, Str8 Buttah, Poetic Seraph (Belgium), Naycha da Poetmc (South Africa) just to mention a few. Although he hopes to pitch his tents with a good record company someday, but in the meantime he's currently working freelance on his album slated to drop in the first quater of 2011. Fecko is also part of the BOYZ ARE NOT SMILING movement and the CEO of MultiKraft Media. Watch out for this kid!
